Developing the confidence and self awareness of young people is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I’m lucky enough to work with some amazing organizations such as Limerick Youth Service, Clare Youth Service, West Limerick Resources, Limerick Institute of Technology and a host of Second level schools across Munster with a separate project called The Bounce Way.
I have delivered Life Skills and Personal Development programmes to well over a thousand young people to date. I can also tailor a programme to match the specific developmental needs of your group.
John has tailor made many programmes in Personal Development for Limerick Youth Service and works on the self-esteem, self-efficacy and self-confidence of the youths. He helps to re-ignite their motivation and get them interested in things they never thought they would be interested in. He is a fantastic young professional and we rely on his services a lot throughout the year.
